Kevin Sabatier is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Chistopher Columbus HS. Sabatier has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. Sabatier uses a high leg lift and has a slight pause at balance point. He loads the weight on his backside well and has some effort at release. Sabatier gets on top of his fastball well and works down in the zone well. He throws an 11/5 curveball with good shape and late break to it. Sabatier has a good feel for his curveball and threw it in any count. He throws a change up at 74 MPH as well. At the plate, he starts with a high hand set and an open stance. He flashed some bat speed and made contact to all fields. Good student.
