2003 Northeast Top Prospect Showcase
Corrigan is an "04" Infielder who can play. At 5'10/155 he is going to get bigger and stronger in college. He runs very well and has enough arm to play 2B at a good college program. He shows good hands and overall he's a solid defensive player. At the plate he has a nice under control contact swing. He really competes in the batters box and peppers line drives to all parts of the field. Most important ingredient with Bret is his "super star" status in the class room. He has a 4.4 GPA and a 1460 SAT. He is interested in the Ivy League schools, of course. The question remains… Will he play for or own a MLB club?
