Sebastian Yasuda is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-6 145 lb. frame from Torrance, CA who attends South HS. Shorter build with some compact strength. 7.34 runner, moves well on defense and has quick feet and lateral range, charges the ball well, soft hands at the ball, can improve throwing mechanics and accuracy on throws. Right handed hitter, big stride into contact, long aggressive full swing, creates some bat speed but will have to shorten up and stay on direction for more consistent contact. Good athlete who can improve with adjustments and repetitions.
