RJ Teijeiro is a 2017 3B/IF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Foster City, CA who attends St Francis HS. Strong athletic build, looks bigger than listed, very projectable physically. Left handed hitter, simple and efficient swing, good load and shift, direct to the ball, hits uphill a bit but mostly on plane with some lift up front, sees pitches and will work counts, ball comes off the barrel well, projects very well as a hitter. Has athletic actions at third base, throws carried well and were accurate, stays balanced well. Lots of positive things about his present game and he projects well. Very good student.
