A.J. Hollis is a 2017 MIF/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Palos Verdes Estates, CA who attends Palos Verdes Peninsula. Hollis has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He throws with a long arm action with some arm strength up to 82 MPH. He has solid actions on the infield with some athleticism. Hollis has solid footwork and has nice hands. He showed versatility in the games portion by playing outfield and throwing out a runner at home plate trying to score on a single. At the plate, Hollis starts with a tall narrow stance with a high hand set. He glides to the baseball and has a longer stride. Hollis showed some line drive strength in his swing with solid contact. Excellent student.
