Weston Miller is a 2017 C/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Bellevue, WA who attends Newport HS. Large frame with long, lean present build; good athleticism and projection remaining as well. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.54 seconds. Sets up to hit from spread-out stance, dives into swing with slight hunch, active hands and front leg in load, collapses on backside a bit but gets lower half involved. Showed good ability to work to all fields with sprayed line drive contact. Worked out defensively behind the plate. Hunches over into crouch, receives well out front, stands up into throw down mechanics and shows extended arm action on throws. Has arm strength, threw up to 73 MPH and popped as low as 2.12 seconds down to 2nd base. Very good student.
