Robert Lopez is a 2017 3B/2B, OF, RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Pleasanton, TX who attends Pleasanton HS. Medium frame and a slender build, plenty of room to continue to put on additional muscle. From the infield, developing actions. Throws from a long deep arm path. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a wide base, high hand set, and high back elbow. Strides out and hands drop lower as swing initiates. Showed bat speed and good barrel control. Gets extended throughout swing, middle of the field approach. Will see additional power as lower half further develops. On the mound, right-handed pitcher that throws from a high 3/4 arm slot and is bent over prior to delivery. Long and loose action, quick and clean. Flashed signs of drive off back leg. 11/5 curveball shape. Developing finish and extension. Good student
