Jonathan Magruder is a 2017 OF/3B with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Federal Way, WA who attends Federal Way HS. Nice athletic build, has some present strength with more to come. 7.48 runner, shows good arm strength from the outfield with on line carry, could increase arm strength by working through the ball more, also plays third base with good hands and some athletic actions. Right handed hitter, good shift into contact, rotational upper half swing, long and loose swing with a line drive swing plane, consistent line drive contact. Projects to keep getting better in all areas. Good student.
