Kyle Ventry is a 2006 outfielder with a 6'1" 175 pound frame from Wellington, Florida who attends Wellington High School. He has a very lean body with good athleticism. Kyle hits with a very open stance and is very aggressive. He makes solid contact and always puts the barrell on the ball. He has some raw bat speed and gets good extension with his quick hands. Ventry threw 84 mph from the outfield during the workout showing his strong arm. He has a quick release and gets to balls very easily. His speed helps him with this as he ran a 6.97 60. Kyle is a very good all around player who should continue to get better.
