Gionni Rosado is a 2017 2B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Fort Lee, NJ who attends Fort Lee High School. Medium, athletic build with long limbs and a lean, projectable build with room to fill, shows present strength at present. Ran a 7.23 60-yard dash. Primary middle infield, moves well on feet and shows long strides moving towards the backhand, short arm action coming through the back and works to a high three-quarters slot, shorter steps charging in, extra step at release but shows accuracy to throws across. Righthanded hitter, begins with an even and wide base and a high back elbow in the box. Incorporates physicality well into swing and projects with continued growth. Full swing through the zone with fluidity to it and leverage at contact. Shows a feel for the barrel and generates extension out front with ability to drive the ball to all fields. Sound hand path with solid present bat speed. Good student.
