Kendall Price is a 2017 C/RHP with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Forney, TX who attends Forney HS. Large, athletic frame with present strength proportioned throughout, additional room to grow stronger. Ran a 7.49 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, begins with a low set behind the plate, gains ground with lower half coming out of crouch, remains tall through transfer and release, receives the ball out front, gets on top of throws and shows accuracy, projects with additional lower half involved in release. Righthanded hitter, begins with a narrow and slightly open, crouched stance in the box, shows a simple approach at the plate and executes it well. Looks to attack the baseball and shows nice strength to swing getting the barrel to the ball quickly. Gap-to-gap contact with strength off the barrel, repeats the swing well and shows nice tools that will continue to develop. Very good student.
