George Curbelo is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Coral Park HS. Tall, strongly built, proportioned frame with more room to add strength. Looks the part behind the plate. Ran a 7.76 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing behind the plate and needs to be more consistent with his release. Makes accurate throws and has a short arm action. Bats from balanced setup and carries his hands in tight to his body. Hits to the middle of the field and to his pull side. Stays on top of the ball.
