Riter Kerr is a 2016 2B/SS with a 5-8 143 lb. frame from Tyler, TX who attends Tyler Lee. Lean, athletic build with a projectable frame and room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.51 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, moves well on feet, cleans transfer from the glove to hand, nice actions, accuracy on throws with strength that will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and a lower hand set. Shows a patient in game approach, gets to front side early but shifts weight well through lower half. Line drive swing plane, shows the ability to go with the pitch and hit to all fields. Excellent student.
