Brian McRedmond is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Brooklyn, NY who attends Abraham Lincoln. Athletic frame with room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.48 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works between a side arm and submarine arm action. Pitches exclusively out of the stretch. Fastball topped out at 70 mph and is able to generate run to his arm side with arm slot. Pitches to contact and mixes in both at curveball at 62 mph and a changeup at 60 mph. Fields the ball out front in the outfield, short arm action from his ear, gets carry and accuracy on throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with an open stance with a high hand set and a high back elbow. Upper half swing, hands work well, gets the barrel through the zone well, nice bat speed, generates contact to pull side.
