Miguel Soto is a 2018 SS/2B/OF with a 6-1 187 lb. frame from Kissimmee, FL who attends TNXL Academy. Broad shouldered longer build with good present strength, especially in his upper half. Outstanding runner, 6.50 in the sixty, showed third base tools defensively, high hips create some lower half flexibility issues, has soft hands out front and a quick release with good carry and accuracy. Right handed hitter, leg lift trigger from an open, bent kneed stance has an aggressive approach and creates bat speed, well timed swing with a line drive swing plane, showed good plate discipline during games and jumped on the pitches he could square up, has hitting tools to continue to develop.
