Michael Oh is a 2016 RHP with a 6-4 245 lb. frame from Northbrook, IL who attends Glenbrook North HS. Oh has a large frame with a thick strong build. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long arm action. Oh uses a full overhead windup and the ball comes out of his hand clean. He gets on top of the ball and drives it down. Oh has an online delivery with clean mechanics. Oh gets some run on his fastball and he is aggressive with it. He throws an 11/5 curveball for strikes and it has good shape to it. He also throws a change up at 75 MPH with good sink and run to it. Oh threw 3 pitches for strikes and mixed and matched well. Defensively he showed solid actions at 1B with smooth feet around the bag. At the plate, Oh starts with an open stance and has an aggressive approach. Very good student.
