Daniel Caruso is a 2016 2B/RHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Pasadena, CA who attends Loyola. Medium frame, lean build with room to fill. Well rounded skillset and also showed solid ability on the mound as a secondary pitcher as well. Good in-game actions at shortstop, works though the baseball well and has solid arm strength with further development projection. Balanced swing with a pull approach, good approach at the plate with solid bat to ball skills. Up to 83 mph on the mound with good downer break on curveball. Good student.
