Edwin J Sanchez is a 2019 RHP with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Gurabo, PR who is home schooled. Young slender build. Up tempo delivery with a very loose and whippy arm stroke and a 3/4's arm slot, stays directional well to the plate, full body delivery. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 87 mph, gets nice cutting action at times, is aggressive with his fastball and works it to both sides of the plate well. Curveball has good power and some tightness to it, tends to get too far out front with it and pull it off glove side but it is a solid second pitch to develop. Should continue to improve as he gains strength.
