Micah Wallette is a 2017 LHP/OF, 1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Lakewood, CA who attends Long Beach Poly HS. Large frame, tall lanky build with long limbs and plenty of room to fill, projects well phsyically. Pitches from a low three quarters arm slot with a compact arm action. Fastball tails to the arm side with sink, slow paced low effort delivery. Can generate more momentum with lower half to increase power to arsenal, long limbs allow for plus extension with longer stride towards plate. Arm works well and projects for significant strength gains with physical maturity. Long fluid swing with a high leg kick timing mechanism. Good student.
