Ian Collier is a 2021 C/RHP/IF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Plano, TX who attends Trinity Christian Academy. Strong athletic build with room to get stronger. 7.31 runner, shows good flexibility and athleticism behind the plate, moves well laterally and into his throws, compact exchange and release, makes accurate throws, 2.00 best pop time. Also plays the infield and has the athleticism to be a solid defender at third base. Right handed hitter, hits from an even stance with a big leg raise load, foot is late getting down frequently, swings hard and shows some bat speed when he's on time. Also pitched, fastball up to 81 mph from a high 3/4's arm slot and a full clean arm action, threw strikes and had a quick inning. Plays with energy on defense and shows leadership ability.
