Matthew Piccirillo is a 2020 RHP/3B, SS, OF with a 6-0 162 lb. frame from McKinney, TX who attends Lovejoy HS. Medium frame with a lean frame and room to fill out and add strength to the build. Primary righthanded pitcher with clean mechanics and a long arm action. Stayed directional toward the plate with a leg lift up to the waist. Higher three-quarter arm slot with the ability to work to both sides of the plate. Solid command to the glove side and flashed a changeup with good downward action low in the strike zone. Righthanded hitter with a slightly crouched, even stance. Big leg lift trigger into contact. High hand set with a high back elbow. Loose path to contact and is looking to drive the ball in the air. Middle of the field to an opposite field approach. Starts slightly open with a lower hanf load. Excellent student.
