Hunter Brennan is a 2017 SS/RHP/2B with a 6-0 145 lb. frame from Lake Worth, FL who attends Park Vista Community HS. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and a lean, projectable build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.68 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, takes long strides to the ball, quick release on throws, long arm action from a low arm slot, shows accuracy on throws and will continue to develop arm strength. Also pitched, throws from a low three-quarter arm slot with a smooth delivery. Gets cross body at release creating deception and nice run on fastball, topping at 75 mph. Curveball flashes occasional depth with sweeping life at 64 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and a high hand set. Upper body swing, gets long at times, line drive swing plane with consistent contact to the middle and pull side parts of the field. Small leg lift at start of swing, strength projects with incorporation of lower half. Very good student.
