Adam Uhl is a 2019 C/1B with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Salem, IN who attends Salem HS. Uhl has a medium sized frame with some thickness and young strength. Defensively he stands to throw on his pop throws and doesn't gain ground. He has developing catch and throw tools with a longer release. Uhl has developing arm strength up to 65 MPH and throws from a side arm slot. At the plate, he starts with an open stance and a high back elbow. Uhl uses a big leg lift to start his swing and and has a hand hitch load. He swings on a line drive plane and has a line drive approach. Uhl was aggressive early in the count in games and showed some barrel skills. Very good student.
