Frazier Shoults is a 2014 2B/RHP, SS with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Destin, FL who attends Fort Walton Beach. Has a good projectable frame, room to fill out with athleticism. Displayed an ability to make throws from different arm angles, has lateral mobility, with arm strength and his throws have carry and are accurate. He starts with a crouched stance at the plate with a high back elbow. Has a fluid rotational swing with lift to it, makes consistent contact and does a good job of going with the pitch. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm action with a good follow through. He does a good job of hiding the ball with a deceptive delivery. Is a good student.
