Matthew Moore is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Eugene, OR who attends South Eugene. Tall, strongly built, proportioned frame with room to add strength. Ran a 7.75 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing from behind the plate and needs to get his feet underneath him. Has a shorter arm circle and sound receiving actions. Bats from both sides of the plate, works from a slightly open stance from the left side and works from a crouch from the right. Has a relaxed, easy line drive swing path from both sides. Makes solid contact. Very good student.
