2015 Spring Top Prospect Showcase
Brady Corson is a 2015 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Cedar Falls, IA who attends Cedar Falls HS. Medium athletic build, fairly mature physically. Basic leg raise delivery, has some drift to his landing spot, deep arm action with a high 3/4's arm slot, stays efficient mechanically and repeats well. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, moves his fastball around and tries to hit spots. Change up was his best secondary pitch, very nice arm speed and release point, can utilize his change up more. Works his curveball often, best spin is at higher velocity, will slow his arm at times and baby the pitch. Has the ability to pitch backwards and mix his pitches.
