Shaun Logan is a 2017 RHP/OF/3B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Calgary, AB who attends St Marys HS. Medium frame with strong present physicality; some projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.38 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, delivery features good balance with pause over rubber, drives downhill well online. Shorter arm stroke through the back, throws from mid three quarters arm slot, fastball worked 78-81 MPH with good arm side run. Showed curveball with 115 shape and good spin also, high compete level. Hits with simple arm-driven swing, line drive swing plane with compact path, finds the barrel well and creates good sprayed line drive contact. Worked out in the outfield, lines it up well before moving to the ball, fields cleanly and gets off quick release to the infield with good accuracy, clocked up to 81 MPH. Good student.
