Trevor Franklin is a 2016 RHP/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Manhattan Beach, CA who attends Mira Costa. Large frame, tall with a strong build, long limbs. Pitches from a three quarters arm slot with a short arm action. Good balance to delivery, threw a lot of strikes in this outing. 11-5 curveball with short break that he kept down in the zone effectively, also showed a slider with sweeping action. Aggressive hitter with a long swing with a pull approach. Good defensive tools at 1B as well. Good student.
