Knoebel has a medium build with room to fill out, broad slopping shoulders, good athleticism on mound, high 3/4 arm slot, arm works well, fastball up to 84 got stronger as is outing went on, flashed a hard 11/5 curveball, good upside, hit from a square stance, good extension, pull approach, defensively, short arm action, high 3/4 release, clean arm action, named to top prospect list, good student.
