Blaise Schillace is a 2015 3B/1B, C with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Independence/Loranger, LA who attends Loranger. Young lean athletic projectable frame with room to get stronger. Has good lateral quickness with a good accurate arm across the infield. Stays low behind the plate with good footwork and blocks well. Is a switch hitting infielder. Has an upright stance at the plate with a short compact swing and gets good extension from the right side. Also stays inside the ball well and uses all fields. Has a line drive swing plane from the left side and drives the ball to the pull side. Is a very good student.
