Michael Landestoy is a 2013 SS/UT, IF with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, DOM who attends Saint George School. Has a long lean athletic build with room to get stronger. Good lateral movement to the hole, is smooth to the ball, and has athletic actions. Soft hands with a good quick transfer and release with good baseball instincts. Has a slightly open stance with high hands and a toe-tap trigger. Takes an aggressive approach at the plate, has a good swing with bat speed, line drive swing plane and gets good extension. He hits the ball to all fields with lift in his swing and with power potential. Is an excellent student.
