Gianpaul Gonzalez is a 2014 C/3B with a 6-0 182 lb. frame from Cranberry, PA who attends Seneca Valley HS. Solid athletic build, good present strength. Long loose swing, good extension, lift in swing, good bat speed, squares up consistently, power potential. Leg lift trigger, maintains balance through swing, some present power in spite of not getting all of weight transferred through the baseball, can add even more pop with adjustment. Short arm action, quick transfer, quick feet, online throws, good transfer, gains ground, good defensive action. Good student.
