Michael Odgers is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Apple Valley, CA who attends Granite Hills. Medium frame and build with good present strength as well as physical projection. Hits from open stance with quiet and sound overall approach to hitting. Swing has lift with potential power to all fields, swing is highlighted by good strength and bat speed. Hits the ball hard on a line all over the field. Fields cleanly out in front in the infield, showing good hands and quality actions. Solid arm strength across the diamond on accurate throws, maxing out at 76 MPH. Moves well side to side and profiles well defensively at several infield positions. Ran a 6.94 60 yard dash. Very good student.
