Flores is a 5-8, 165 lb middle infielder from the Miami area. He ran 7.40 in the 60 on the slow track and threw 75 mph during infield. Flores may have more natural arm strength than he showed as he tends to flip the ball to first base while not maintaining good momentum. He shows very good range and has a nice feel for the game. Offensively, Flores has a short, wristy line drive swing and showed the ability to center the ball consistently. He would benefit from more strength to generate more bat speed. Keep an eye on this kid, he can play.
