Adam Depkon is a 2013 1B/OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Niles, IL who attends Maine South HS. Large athletic projectable frame. Has a long arm action from first base, online accurate throws, good feet around the bag, good hands. Has good actions in the outfield, good actions, good feet, arm works, good hop, attacks the ball. Starts out with an open stance at the plate, toe-tap load, contact approach, quick hands, shows bat speed, line drive swing plane, stays inside the ball, ball jumps off his bat. An interesting prospect to follow, is an outstanding student.
