Kirby is a very slender 6-3, 150 lb switch-hitting middle infielder from Virginia. He ran the 60 in 7.92 on the slow track and threw 72 mph across the infield in workouts. Kirby is a one spot fielder who is best suiting to a corner infield position. He will add more strength and be able to drive the ball offensively. Kirby’s swing fundamentals and swing smoothness are better from the left side. We like the way he plays and his attitude. He is a hard worker who needs a chance.
