Anthony Broderick is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Parkland, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS. Large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and a strong, mature build. Ran a 7.76 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, shows a quick transfer with carry on accurate throws to second base, gains some ground with lower half, gets tall at release, arm strength will continue to develop. Right-handed hitter, carries hand set low with a slightly open base. Transfer weight well through lower half with a quiet load. Hands works through swing, generates pull side contact with strength off the barrel, looks to lift. Good student.
