Jacob Nottingham is a 2013 C with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Redlands, CA who attends Redlands HS. Long, lean and loose build, good strength projection. Good arm strength, on line accurate throws, 1.93 best pop, can get quicker without pause in arm stroke, good hands but can work on lateral quickness blocking. Right handed hitter, loose swing, gets extended, moves in through contact and shows bat speed, will take pitches the opposite way, line drive swing plane, finds the barrel well. Should continue to get better in all areas. Good student.
