Harrison McClure is a 2013 RHP/SS/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends North Atlanta HS. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. Tall balanced delivery, medium length arm circle with 3/4's arm slot, gets good downhill plane to the plate of stiff front side, somewhat cross body at release, good arm speed. Consistent mid 80's fastball, topped out at 86 mph, mostly straight. Nice hard curveball with some 11/5 depth, has the tools to keep improving. Right handed hitter, long loose swing, good swing mechanics, has some bat speed, solid pull contact, some projection offensively. Played both outfield and infield, better actions in the outfield, showed his arm strength well, third base actions/tools in the infield. Good student.
