Moorer is an "04" RHP/SS with a great future. At 6'3/195 he really looks the part of a big time athlete and he's got room to get stronger yet. He's a good infielder with a great arm, but his throws tail like crazy to 1B. That leads to Moorer's great future. On the mound he threw 90 mph with lots of run on his fastball. His breaking ball shows lots of promise at 74 mph. He even flashed a good change up. He has real smooth arm action and solid throwing mechanics. His arm is a quick one with whip like action. His size and arm action are going to create lots of scouting interest as well they should. Moorer can hit too, but his future is on the hill. Ryan is a very good student.
