Duggan is a 2005 MIF from Brookline, MA with a slender 6'0"/160 pound frame. He has soft hands and a sure glove. He topped out at 67 mph across the infield with good accuracy. He profiles at 2B at the next level. He hits from a wide stance with little or no stride. He has quick hands, and a short compact stroke. He makes solid contact consistently and he has the potential to hit for power with some strength gains. He has a good feel for how the game is played. Ben is an excellent student.
