2010 Midwest Underclass Showcase
Josh Jimenez is a 2012 LHP/ with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Channahan, IL who attends Minooka. Slender athletic build, projects to add strength with physical maturity. Fastball shows good hop and occasional sinking action. Showed a Curveball that was a bit inconsistent but had good shape and a lot of depth when sharp. Worked down in the zone and did a good job of getting ahead of hitters, good Fastball command. Showed well at the plate too, with a long fluid swing with good fundamentals.
