Cesar Loiz is a 2010 2B/OF with a 5'10'', 165 lb. frame from Gurabo, PR who attends Cagua Military Academy. Slender athletic build. Outstanding runner, 6.55 in the 60. Range defensively, stays low and behind ball, accurate throws, long overhand release. Aggressive swing, gets barrell to ball quickly, good hitter's hands, solid barrell, hard line drive contact to all fields, tends to wrap bat but still squares up. Tools to keep improving. Good student.
