Levasseur is a 5-10, 175 lb left handed hitting junior infielder from Louisiana with good overall body strength for his age. He's a very good runner at 6.85 in the 60 and he threw 75 mph during outfield drills. At the plate, Levasseur has a very busy approach with both his hands and his feet while waiting for the pitch. He almost looks like he's fidgeting. But Levasseur works through this well and has good balance in his swing and some bat speed. He showed that he could turn on the ball and drive it a bit and should continue to develop his hitting skills. Good follow and a good athlete. Levasseur is also a good student. Named to the Top Prospect Game.
