Matthew Voneiff is a 2012 SS/RHP with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Bryan, TX who attends James Earl Rudder HS. Small lean frame, developing strength. 7.24 runner, feet work well, long arm action, throws carry well, also played outfield and showed good actions, arm stroke fits OF well. Bent knee narrow hitting stance, small load, rotational swing, line drive plane, sprays ball to all fields, will benefit from more strength. Also pitched, throws from the stretch, FB topped at 76 mph, short slider break, throws strikes and competes. Good student.
