Brandon Harrington is a 2011 RHP/2B with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Tyrone, GA who attends Sandy Creek HS. Smaller athletic frame, some present strength. Compact delivery with short arm circle, good direction, arm works well out front, minimum effort, 3/4's arm slot. Mid 70's fastball, topped at 75 mph, consistent fastball velocity, occ sink and run. Sweeping slider at 68 mph has some occasional depth, changes release on change up. Threw strikes and competed well. Upper half rotational swing at the plate, mostly opposite field contact, swings hard, aggressive approach.
