Logan Forest is a big strong bodied 6'4/220 2005 left handed hitting catcher from Midland, TX, who could be super strong one day. His arm strength was just OK behind the plate, but his release and footwork was sound and he made good accurate throws to the bases. At the plate, Forest hits from a wide stance and opens his hips very early while collapsing his back side, creating a lofted pull oriented approach. Forest hit some balls real well in batting practice. He has big power hitting potential and his size makes him very interesting.
