Erik Starace is a 2010 3B/C/P with a 5'10'', 170 lb. frame from Talahassee, FL who attends Lawton Chiles HS. Athletic build, some strength. Simple balanced approach, generates bat speed, very good swing mechanics, stays above the ball, nice swing path, potential high average hitter with gap pop, has an idea at the plate. Good hands defensively, reads and reacts well, foot quickness can improve. Good student.
