Julian Boynton is a 2028 2B/UT with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Bolton, ON who attends Villanova College. Medium athletic build with broad shoulders and lots of strength potential. Left handed hitter, sets up in a straight stance with a wrapped hand load and a toe tap trigger, has fast hands and creates real barrel whip, turns the barrel over and separates, ball comes off the barrel hard, lots of projection with the bat here. 3.98 runner in the thirty. Primary outfielder on defense, moves to the ball well, can get his glove down sooner, fields the ball off to the side with a short crow hop in his transitions, some arm strength developing. Bat is his tool. Excellent student. Named to the PG Canadian National Showcases Qualifier (Saturday) Top Prospect List.
