2004 Underclass National Showcase
Jesse More -- More is a junior outfield from Florida with a live body and a good balance of tools. He has good arm strength from the outfield and runs well enough to play all three outfield positions. More has a medium athletic build and plenty of room to add weight and strength. He had a nice balanced approach at the plate during batting practice and some bat quickness but tended to jump out early in the games. This kind of overanxiousness is pretty common in the showcase environment and it looked like More was a victim. He does have outstanding hitting potential. He’s an outstanding student as well.
